Social Events
Throughout the year there are many opportunities to just rejoice in being in a community with others.
These are just some of the events that take place. Check the calendar for dates and times.
Christmas Party and Advent Workshop
In early December we set time aside to prepare for Christmas by first remembering the season of Advent with a luncheon and workshop.
Mardi Gras Pancake Supper
If you're looking for Christian fellowship, good food, outstanding jazz music, and trying your luck with the baby in the King Cake, than join in this celebration of life.
Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt
Over 100 kids and their families have a blast finding just the right egg! Sometimes the prep for this event is just as fun as watching the kids. But it's not all about the hunt, crafts and a chance to meet the Easter Bunny are just as fun.
High School and University Career Days
There are a lot of young people in the immediate area of St.Paul. Right across the street is Berea Midpark High School and less that a block away is Baldwin Wallace University. Each year we join in their Career Day and Weekend of Welcome to let the students know that we are here for them.
Parade of the Ducks
St. Paul has been blessed for several years with the return of a Momma Mallard to the courtyard. She flies in, makes her nest, and cares for her eggs. Once hatched, it's an all out race for her to take her chicks through the church's hallways and out into the unknown. Our preschool students usually get to witness this event.
Community Ice Cream Social
In May the weather is starting to heat up so it's time to celebrate with the community through an Ice Social. You know the saying: I scream, You scream, we all scream for...
Community Vacation Bible School
For the last couple of years, several churches in Berea and Olmsted Falls have combined their resources to provide a Community VBS. Hosted at the United Methodist Church in Berea, each church contributes as they can. The picnic is usually held at St Paul.
Annual Car Show
A Car Show at a church? Why not! Enter your car or just come out to see some amazing cars. Food and prizes are always to be had.
Homecoming
The end of September marks St. Paul's Homecoming with the festival of St. Michael and All Angels. This is an opportunity for anyone ever touched by the ministry of St. Paul to come together in worship and then reminisce over a luncheon.
Trunk or Treat
All the kids know what happens at the end of October. REFORMATION!
But before that let's have a Trunk or Treat.
